Founder & CEO

Gabrielle is an experienced small business owner with 6 years of experience combined across the education, technology, and innovation sectors. A graduate of the University of Tampa, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Entrepreneurship with a double minor in Cybersecurity and Spanish. Gabrielle is pursuing her CompTIA Security+ and PenTest+ certifications, while she works full-time for a large private equity firm’s information technology department in Boston, MA. Gabrielle also aims to expand her international rapport in linguistics and is pursuing additional fluency in Mandarin.

Chief Financial Officer

Brian is an experienced business management professional with over 5 years of experience in customer relations, data analysis, and operational leadership in the financial and government sectors. Brian graduated from the University of Tampa, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He previously worked as a pricing coordinator for Pergravis and was the first point of contact for all RFPs, and currently serves as an AI data annotator and editor for a growing startup that works with the big 7. Brian is expanding his education through data analysis certifications and presently holds a CUI certification for sensitive information.

Chief Marketing Officer / Chief Quality Assurance Officer

Jessica is an experienced marketing and public relations professional with a proven track record in driving small business success. Possessing a deep-rooted understanding of the retail, property management, and real estate investment industries, she has cultivated a successful career alongside her father in managing multiple family-owned businesses over the past nine years. A University of Tampa graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Spanish, she brings a unique blend of business intelligence and cultural awareness to her work. Currently, Wachsmuth is actively engaged in managing the family businesses while contributing to the development of Colorantí. 

Chief Technology Officer 

Samantha is a passionate technology professional actively pursuing a Bachelor

of Science in Management Information Systems at the University of Illinois Springfield.

She volunteers as a technology tutor, helping community members improve their digital

literacy. Alongside her role at Colorantí, Samantha works full-time as a Supervisor of

Ground Operations at a shipping technology company in Tampa. Here, she leverages

her growing expertise in technology and leadership to drive operational success.

Samantha is also in the process of obtaining her CompTIA Security+ certification, with a 

strong interest in advancing her knowledge in the cybersecurity field.

Assistant Quality Assurance Officer

Michael is a skilled cybersecurity professional with over three years of experience in both red-team and blue-team operations. He is proficient in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Cybersecurity from The University of Tampa, where he engaged extensively in cybersecurity studies. He utilized the university's Security Operations Center to compete in numerous cybersecurity events, including both blue-team and red-team competitions. Currently, Michael is pursuing his Ethical Hacking Certification and remains actively involved in cybersecurity and hacking competitions and events.
